Our Team
Steve Samson, Owner / CEO Steve
Samsom grew up in upstate New York and started at a young age working in the Plumbing
and Heating business his family owned. After graduating from McKinney Vocational High
in 1972, he joined the US Air Force. While serving our country, he was trained in the
field of heating, air conditioning, and boiler plant operations. Following this, and
the desire to continue working in the HVAC area, he pursued a degree from Miami State
in HVAC Technology. Over the years, some of his successes have included being a
Project Supervisor of the HVAC installation at Hartsfield International Airport and
purchasing and operating his own HVAC Company.
With his success in his business, he later sold the company to Lennox Industries in 2000,
and was able to continue gaining valuable insight and training with this Industry Leader in
the capacity of General Manager over two of its operating businesses.
In 2008, Steve became CEO and Partner of Ball Ground HVAC by Premier Indoor. Using his
excellent skills and resources from his background, he has put together a team of
outstanding Service personnel, as well as a business department and operations team that
knows the business they are in. "It is a simple concept for all of us here at Premier,” he
said, “If you would like to make the best of your indoor atmosphere, we want to give you
the premier service, while making it an efficient and practical choice for your
needs."
Tyson Swann,
Owner /
President A
Georgia native, Tyson has been in the Heating & Air
conditioning business for over 20 years. As a youngster, he
began learning about the industry at his Grandfather’s side.
Tyson was literally brought up with the belief that honesty,
customer loyalty, & quality service were the key to
success. His grandfather, Merrell Reeves is also a native
Georgian. He is World War II veteran who retired from Dobbins
Air Force base and then began a second career in the 70’s
specializing in not only Heating & Air Conditioning but
Plumbing and Electrical services as well. For over 30 years he
served his loyal customer base in the Marietta and surrounding
areas. Mr. Reeves taught Tyson that building strong,
trustworthy, and long term relationships with their customers
was much more important than selling more heating &
cooling systems. Choosing to further his education in the
industry and continue serving the broad customer base he &
Mr. Reeves had developed, Tyson graduated from Chattahoochee
Technical School after specializing in Heating & Air
Conditioning. He later obtained his Warm Air Contractors
license as well as his EPA certification. Tyson has attended
several technical training and business management courses. To
this day he believes in continuing his education to better
serve his customers. Tyson is also on the Board of Advisors
for the Unico equipment manufacturer, based in St. Louis. His
expert problem solving and engineering abilities has
established the utmost professional relationships with the
most well known and respected builders, remodelers, interior
designers, architects, and fellow contractors in the Atlanta
